How To Lose Weight

One of the most searched phrases when it comes to weight loss is: “ How to Lose Weight”. There are 331,000,000 search results for, “How to Lose Weight”. Yet we are still looking up how to lose weight. Do all these sites not tell us how to lose weight?

What if I gave you the weight loss protocol that will guarantee you to be healthier and lose weight? A weight loss protocol that tells you exactly how to lose weight. Would you do it?

People enthusiastically say… Yes!! Where do I sign up! How do I get this protocol?

But being I’ve been Coaching people since 2011 what I see time and time again is people start all gung-ho, and then they start to peter off. Some faster than others. They quit the protocol and go back to the usual ways of eating. They tell themselves all sorts of excuses like, “This program is too hard to follow”. “I’m too busy right now to worry about losing weight”. “I miss my usual foods too much”. “This program is just not working for me.”

It’s not the weight loss protocol that is the problem. It’s peoples thinking (the addicted to food part of your brain) that talks them out of following the difficult path. And trust me, permanently losing weight is difficult. The steps to losing weight are simple, but sticking to it is hard. If it was easy, no one would have a weight problem, would they. So what does a person do?

Here is where a Coach comes in. (And I just want to say here, that not all Coaches are the same). But a good Coach helps you talk back to that addicted part of your brain, so that you can move in the direction you want… the direction you need.

Weight loss in not about, “How to Lose Weight.” It is how you are going to stick to the healthier eating plan. This is done by changing how you THINK about your eating habits. The question should be, “How Do I Change My Thinking to Lose Weight.

It doesn’t matter what weight loss product you try. In fact, I believe if you are using a ‘product’ to lose weight. What happens when you stop using that ‘product’. You gain the weight back, correct? It is not about what the right “product” you should be using. It is your thinking about why you need a product to lose weight. It always comes down to your thinking.

When you are ready to seek help on how to change your thinking…. Then you have the perfect way on how to lose weight and keep it off, permanently.

Permanent weight loss does not ultimately begin with What to Eat – It begins with What we think.
